Just as visitors to Colorado Springs must acclimate to the high altitude, we believe that all K-12 educational leaders need support, thought partners, or coaching to reach higher levels of performance and innovation. Our consultants combined 50 years of recognized district and school leadership will drive your leadership ascent.
At 6035, we believe in making a significant investment in our clients and their unique needs. To reflect this commitment, we offer two complimentary initial consultation sessions. During the first session, potential clients have the opportunity to interview our consultant(s) to gain insights into their coaching style and expectations, as well as to understand how we can best support them. In the second session, we work collaboratively to develop personalized coaching and training plans that include specific, measurable outcomes tailored to the client's identified needs and goals. We prioritize creating a comfortable environment where clients feel at ease and empowered to track their progress. After the second session, potential clients will receive a customized coaching plan designed to foster a productive ongoing relationship.
