During the first session, potential clients have the opportunity to interview our consultant(s) to gain insights into their coaching style and expectations, as well as to understand how we can best support them. In the second session, we work collaboratively to develop personalized coaching and training plans that include specific, measurable outcomes tailored to the client's identified needs and goals. We prioritize creating a comfortable environment where clients feel at ease and empowered to track their progress. After the second session, potential clients will receive a customized coaching plan designed to foster a productive ongoing relationship.
